Therapy for Individuals, Couples, and Families
A compassionate, collaborative approach to healing, self-discovery, and meaningful change.
My approach to therapy is warm, gentle, and relational, grounded in psychodynamic theory and drawing from narrative therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I believe that our early experiences, relationships, and attachment patterns shape how we understand ourselves, connect with others, and navigate the world.
Therapy provides a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore your experiences, deepen your understanding of yourself, and recognize patterns that may no longer serve you. Together, we approach these patterns with curiosity and compassion, honoring the ways you have learned to cope while creating space for new perspectives and possibilities.
Through greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and meaningful connection, therapy can help foster healing, personal growth, and a more authentic relationship with yourself and others.
About Me
Hi, I’m Kelly…
I am a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a background in mental health advocacy, program development, community outreach, and youth development. Throughout my professional journey, I have worked with diverse communities and contributed to initiatives that promote emotional well-being, resilience, and meaningful connection. I have also helped implement international group therapy programs incorporating trauma-informed care and reintegration strategies. These experiences have shaped my perspective as a therapist and reinforced my belief in the importance of understanding each person's unique experiences, relationships, and circumstances.
Meaningful therapeutic work begins with a trusting relationship where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of judgment. My goal is to help individuals, couples, and families gain a deeper understanding of themselves, navigate life's challenges, strengthen their relationships, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.
Services
Individual
Individual therapy offers an opportunity to explore personal challenges, better understand emotional and relational patterns, and gain insight into how past experiences may influence the present. Whether navigating life transitions, relationship difficulties, or feelings of uncertainty, our work focuses on identifying what may be holding you back and discovering new ways of relating to yourself and the world around you.
Couples
Couples therapy provides an opportunity for partners to explore the underlying dynamics of their relationship, better understand one another's emotional needs, and recognize patterns that may contribute to conflict or disconnection. By fostering greater emotional attunement, empathy, and understanding, couples can move beyond recurring challenges, strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and develop a deeper sense of intimacy, connection, and partnership.
Children & Family
Children and family therapy focuses on strengthening connection, communication, and understanding within the family. Parents are supported in becoming more attuned and responsive to their child's emotions and needs, while children are encouraged to develop the skills to express themselves, understand their feelings, and navigate challenges. Together, families can build stronger relationships and create an environment where both children and parents feel heard, understood, and connected.
